The nearest beach is 13 km away, town Pazin is 13km and lovely town Labin is 25 km away. The house has an amazing view over mountain Učka and the indigenous Pićan town. In its own garden of 2500m2 there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, a barbecue, a covered terrace, a swing for children and 3 parking spaces.
